Ok, more detailed, does a conviction mean you’ve served time, or does that also include, you got some community hours and a fee?

You know, “they” say you can find *MASH* running Somewhere on the planet 24/7/365. And it seems that I can find a “CSI” or “Law & Order” episode running most hours of the day and night. And God knows, I can’t NOT find “Seinfeld” as I’m surfing the dial every day.
But those are comparitively recent programs. Is there an “I Love Lucy” channel in Cuba? Is “Gunsmoke” on in Japan? Are there “The Tonight Show with Steve Allen” reruns in Brazil?
Or is “Route 66″ playing every night at 2am as you “… go through St. Louis, Joplin Missouri, Oklahoma City is mighty pretty, you see Amarillo, Gallup New Mexico, Flagstaff Arizona…”
I wonder.

I am from Michigan and my fiance is from Oklahoma. I recently moved to Oklahoma with him. My family is throwing me a wedding shower in Michigan. I absolutely adore my future mother in law. What is a good way to let her know that she is invited to the shower with out her feeling obligated to fly to the shower. I know her and I just know that if she is invited she is going to feel obligated to attend. Any advice??

I pleaded not guilty for a summon the other day because the duty solicitor told me to. I was wondering if when I go to trial, if there is going to be someone like a lawyer there for me because I don’t have enough money to afford one. And if there isn’t a lawyer there, can I change my plea to guilty?

Have rented before, but ex-husband withheld three months’ rent & got us kicked out. Had no idea this happened til was served with eviction notice. Little wonder it’s one of the reasons why I divorced him. Moved to apartment, landlord is currently breaking the law by trying to lock me out of the apartment & gave 30 day’s eviction notice. Didn’t give a reason why I’m not wanted here. Looking for a house, but most require landlord references of which impacted me negatively, & credit checks. Divorce destroyed my credit, & many landlords here don’t give a rat’s tail about it. They refuse to consider the divorce ramifications. How to start over with clean slate? In 30 days, I & my children’ll be on the streets cuz I’ve been denied from renting most houses/apartments, & HUD program turned me down too because of my ex-husband ***** ups with the previous house. Limited income, & will lose kids if issue not resolved. Someone help me, please! Anyone here a landlord I can work with?
I’ve looked through the divorce papers, and there is no mention of my ex-husband’s actions with the previous house. My ex filed for divorce before I had a chance to do it, so only his reasons for divorce is documented. How do I prove my reasons? All the landlords in town already rejected my application, and they take my credit into consideration regardless of the fact that divorce destroyed it. And yes, they all do require only landlord references. They told me they refuse to accept any other references. I’m royally stuck, and if I do get a court order of eviction, then I have to live in a shelter in Springfield, and I don’t want to be homeless!

Is there a way to find out the details behind an arrest charge?
My daughter’s father was arrested for Child Neglect - Florida Statute 827.03 (3) (B) - Neglect of a child causing great bodily harm, disability or disfigurement. This involved his 17 year old girlfriend and I’d like to know what really happened. I looked online through the jail and the clerks office but neither provide detailed information.
I know the case number. This still doesn’t provide “detailed” information on the arrest charge.

I never filed my states taxes for 2005 (I live in Montana). So I know I should get a nice return if I can file them. I already filed my state and federal taxes from 2006 and got my return. Can I still file my state taxes for the year 2005 even though I already filed for a return for my 2006 taxes?

If someone refuses to pay more child support and when they are ordered to court they refuse to pay lawyer fees. Can the lawyer and client collect any property of that appreciated value (for example a car worth 2-6000 dollars with fees amounting to that amount)or does the parent who doesn’t pay full child support go to jail and then is released on bond.

I’m really upset with the treatment I received from Jiffy Lube scammers, I want to send their Franchise owner a letter displaying that if a written apology is not written along with an reimbursement of service charge then we will take further actions.
How can this be done, and how much should it cost?
They caused damaged to my vehicle and argued with me with foul language in front of my Children.

I am sooooo nervous. Every time my ex gets his nose bent out of shape he threatens me w/ his lawyer and custody. Its been 3 years and I have decided to take the bull by the horns and get it legalized that I am the sole custodian w/ him having visitation rights.
Has anyone gone through this and can tell me what to expect?
